Frequently Asked Questions
What file format do I send my logo in?
We will accept any file type for artwork but prefer .AI, .EPS, .PDF and .JPG, in the highest resolution possible. DST files are accepted for embroidery orders but must be the proper size for the size/location being requested.
Are there order minimums?
Minimum order quantities and setups will apply and are determined by product type and decoration method.
Do you offer sample orders?
All samples are non-returnable unless prior approval is given.
Embroidery will be offered at $4.95 per piece, plus the cost of a sew disk, if needed. Minimum order fees will be waived.
If samples are shipped blank, you can return them to Balsam at your own expense for embroidery/inclusion with the bulk order.
Balsam will cover all inbound and outbound freight, the client is only responsible for the product cost.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders take 2-3 weeks from proof approval. Production time can also vary on specific items/brands.
If I place a bulk order, how do they come packaged?
Your order can be folded & individually bagged or bulk packed.
